I’ve written sales copy for a whole range of brands online.
One did $50K in 1 week and many others have hit the $30K mark within 48 hours.
So what makes these bad boys bring home the bacon while other ones languish on the side lines?
Well, there are a few key ideas I’ve picked up along the way and I want to share them with you today.
1) Sell something useful
I know what you’re thinking – this sounds obvious, doesn’t it?
I mean, who would sell something useless that you could get anywhere?
Well more people than you would think, as it happens.
Truth is that people will see right through a useless product and when that happens, your refund rates will make your head spin.
So best not even bother.
Make sure what you’re selling is truly powerful.
Obvious again, but most people completely miss this one.
2) sell what people want
Probably sounds like another obvious one but you have to absolutely nail exactly what people want before you can make money.
Give people exactly what they need and your sales copy will convert.
3) Get connected
Use whatever resources you can to get people on your side and promoting for you.
This is a must.
Let’s say you don’t have a large email list, so you can’t generate significant traffic that really moves the needle to your offer.
Run an affiliate program where you give at least 50% commissions and partner up with other brands that have large email lists for them to promote your product to their list.
You want to create win-win connections to win big in the game of business.
4) Pitch it right
If you believe in your product, don’t squander your efforts with rubbish sales copy.
Most products online have terrible sales copy that reads more like an editorial.
Don’t fall into that trap.
