I’m sure you’ve heard of the expression… “too good to be true”.

Right?

Well, this applies to sales copy as well.

If you’re trying to spin whatever you have as the perfect, absolutely flawless solution to whatever problem?

Then you’re going to run into a wall of trouble.

Because people will simply start to doubt you’re really saying the truth.

So, what’s the solution?

Do you just admit your solution works but it’s not perfect?

Not really.

Here’s what you do. It’s easy.

Admit a fault right off the bat.

When you do this, this will make your reader think you are on their level.

The only condition here is to make sure this is not a biggie.

Which means, make sure you are not talking about a serious fault.

But something that’s so minor, it doesn’t make a huge difference to your reader.
